Sarah Beech jumps from Aon Hewitt to Pal Benefits

Michael Worb, CEO of Pal Benefits Inc., a leading independent human resources consulting firm, is delighted to announce that Sarah J. Beech has joined the firm as President. Ms. Beech has over 25 years of experience in the human resources field.

She began her career as an underwriter for a major Canadian insurer, then spent more than 21 years with a major international human resources consulting and outsourcing firm, leading the Canadian consulting
operation for more than four years.

As President, Ms. Beech will be responsible for the overall management and operation of Pal Benefits. Mr. Worb continues in his capacity as CEO, leading Pal Benefits towards achieving its goals in superior,
unparalleled customer service and strong client relationships. Together Ms. Beech and Mr. Worb will create and implement business and marketing strategies as well as build, develop, and manage new and existing client and third-party relationships.

Ms. Beech has a Bachelor of Arts degree from McGill University. She is a member of the advisory boards of Benefits Canada magazine and the annual sanofi-aventis Healthcare Survey, and a frequent speaker on human
resources topics. Her appointment is effective as of today.
